Privacy Policy for Odomivo

Odomivo (“we”, “our”, or “the app”) is a vehicle companion application developed by TinyGrid Studio. Odomivo helps users manage vehicle information, fuel records, maintenance history, reminders, statistics, and related vehicle information.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and handled when you use Odomivo.

1. Information We Collect

Account Information

Odomivo uses Firebase Authentication to provide account registration and sign-in functionality.

When you create an account, we may process information such as your email address and account identifier as necessary to authenticate and manage your account.

Vehicle and App Data

When using Odomivo, you may provide information including:

• Vehicle information
• Odometer readings
• Fuel records
• Fuel consumption information
• Maintenance and service records
• Maintenance reminders
• Other information you choose to enter into the app

This information is used to provide Odomivo’s vehicle tracking and management features.

2. How We Use Information

Information handled by Odomivo is used to:

• Provide and maintain app functionality
• Authenticate users
• Store and synchronize user data
• Display vehicle, fuel, and maintenance history
• Calculate statistics and fuel efficiency
• Provide maintenance reminders
• Maintain app security and reliability
• Support advertising and advertising-related privacy requirements where applicable
• Process and restore in-app purchase entitlements

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Firebase Services

Odomivo uses Google Firebase services, including Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore.

These services are used for account authentication, cloud data storage, security, and synchronization.

Information processed through Firebase is subject to Google’s applicable privacy policies and terms.

4. Advertising

The free version of Odomivo may display advertisements provided by Google AdMob.

AdMob and its advertising partners may process information such as device information, advertising identifiers, IP address, and information related to advertising interactions, subject to applicable laws and your privacy choices.

Where required, Odomivo uses Google’s privacy and consent mechanisms to request or manage advertising privacy choices before requesting advertisements that require such consent.

5. Remove Ads Purchase

Odomivo offers an optional one-time “Remove Ads” purchase.

Purchases are processed by Google Play on Android and by the applicable platform store on other supported platforms.

Odomivo does not directly collect or store your payment card or bank account information.

The app receives purchase status information from the platform store as necessary to determine whether the Remove Ads entitlement is owned and to restore previous purchases.

Deleting your Odomivo account does not automatically cancel, consume, refund, or revoke a Remove Ads purchase associated with your platform store account.

6. Data Storage and Security

Account and vehicle-related information may be stored using Google Firebase services.

We take reasonable measures to protect information handled by Odomivo. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Local Notifications

Odomivo may use local notifications to remind you about vehicle maintenance or other reminders you configure.

These notifications are generated locally by the application on your device.

You can manage notification permissions through your device settings.

8. Data Export

Odomivo may allow you to export certain information, such as vehicle, fuel, or maintenance records.

Once exported and saved or shared outside Odomivo, the exported file is under your control. You are responsible for how exported information is stored or shared.

9. Account and Data Deletion

You can permanently delete your Odomivo account directly from within the app.

To delete your account:

Settings > Delete Account

Deleting your account permanently deletes the Odomivo data associated with that account, including:

• Your Odomivo user profile
• Vehicle records
• Fuel records
• Maintenance and service records
• Maintenance reminders

Your Firebase Authentication account is also deleted.

A Remove Ads purchase made through Google Play or another platform store is associated with your store account and is not automatically revoked or refunded when your Odomivo account is deleted.

10. Data Retention

Your account and associated Odomivo data are retained while your account remains active or as necessary to provide the app’s functionality.

When you successfully delete your account using the in-app Delete Account feature, the associated Odomivo account data described above is permanently deleted.

Certain information may still be processed or retained independently by third-party service providers according to their own legal obligations, privacy policies, and retention practices.

11. Children’s Privacy

Odomivo is not specifically designed for children.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.

If you believe that a child has provided personal information through Odomivo inappropriately, please contact us.

12. Third-Party Services

Odomivo uses third-party services that may process information according to their own privacy policies, including:

• Google Firebase
• Google AdMob
• Google Play and Google Play Billing

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these providers for more information about their data practices.

13. Your Privacy Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights concerning your personal information.

Where required, Odomivo provides or may provide privacy and advertising consent controls.

You may also delete your Odomivo account and associated Odomivo data directly from the app.

14. International Data Processing

Third-party service providers used by Odomivo may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Such processing is subject to the safeguards, terms, privacy policies, and applicable legal requirements governing those service providers.

15. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Odomivo, third-party services, or applicable requirements.

When this Privacy Policy changes, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be updated.
